We Just Want The Truth

The boy who cried wolf was a story that we told little kids when I was a child. Children today seem a bit sensitive to hear the terrible ending of that story. But its message was important enough that our parents and grandparents told the story.

Telling the truth is important.

The truth is not told often today.

The Epstein saga awakened something within me and a lot of other people. We just want the truth. And we want it now. We were promised the truth and we will demand it until we get it.

For those that think this is a small matter, Jeffrey Epstein was charged with sex trafficking crimes. Many estimates are that he did this with around 100 underage girls. Other estimates are that it could be much higher, in the thousands.

Rumors surround Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, who is still in prison. It seems her father was involved with Israeli Secret Service. Ari Ben-Menashe is said to have stated that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell worked for Mossad. This is unverified, And Epstein received a slap on the wrist for sex trafficking in Florida because he “belonged to intelligence”. Again, this is an unverified quote which is said to have come from Alexander Acosta, who was a US Attorney.

A lot of girls were hurt. A lot of people raped these girls and were never punished for it. And it’s possible that our own government and possibly Israel’s government was involved with him.

It seems that a lot of America’s political class was somehow involved with Jeffrey Epstein. Presidents, a Vice President, Governors, Congressmen, and probably more. Hollywood celebrities and Scientists were friends with him as well.

Being associated with him does not automatically make a person guilty of a crime. But this wicked man’s tentacles were all over the American halls of power. Democrats, Republican, Federal, State, etc.

Prince Andrew, Duke of York had titles stripped away due to his relationship with Epstein and accusations of sex trafficking and abuse of a girl who was 16 at the time. Apparently Epstein’s tentacles expanded beyond the American shores.

It just makes sense that the people would demand answers. And they have been demanding them for a long time. Covid happened after Epstein’s death. It’s been 6 years since he died and we’ve wanted to know what happened since then.

And Covid only increased this. When people had some extra time on their hands they looked to him. The government shut down and forced the closure of a lot of businesses. So a lot of people watched Tiger King and/or investigated Epstein.

Donald Trump’s Election

Many had hoped, myself included, that Donald Trump was far enough away from Washington to get things like this dealt with. And maybe that’s still true. Just maybe Trump was close enough to these people to know what was going on, but far enough away from it to do something about.

I am still a bit hopeful that Trump will do an about face on the subject and get to work. I don’t think all hope is lost. But his response about Epstein certainly felt like he was trying to keep it hidden.

And a lot of that hope came from who he picked for high level positions in his administration. RFK, Bongino, Gabbard, and Patel had all spent a lot of time discussing transparency. They had a pre-government desire for transparency that we all hoped would reveal these things when they took office. And because we want the truth, we had hope.

What If Trump Is Covering It Up?

If Trump did something wrong with Epstein, if he aided in trafficking, and if he abused girls then he should face the full extent of the law. I have no problem with that.

Trump’s relationship with Epstein is strange. They knew each other and were apparently friends at one point. There are a lot of accusations floating around right now, so more will likely come out. Some new stories sound fake. Some of them may not be. Time will tell.

We’ve known for years that there was a separation between the two of them. Before Epstein went to trial in Florida, Trump banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for his behavior.

Does that mean all relations were cut off? Not necessarily. But maybe.

The recent actions of Trump either mean that he is trying to cover something up, or he is trying to not have false accusations swirling about. I’m hoping it’s the latter. But if it’s the former, may he rot in prison.

We Don’t Care About The Repercussions

This response from Trump and his team has revealed something about the American people. We want the truth regardless of what happens when it comes out. This issue has tanked his reputation among a lot of people.

If entire countries, ours included, were to collapse due to the widespread nature of this corruption I’m here for it. And I don’t think that I’m alone.

If my favorite actors and politicians are drug away and imprisoned for the rest of their lives, I’m here for it.

If keeping sex trafficking and rape crimes a secret is what it takes for the government to keep running, then it’s time to start over.

I don’t want to be a part of a society that abuses underage girls to blackmail people. That kind of corruption needs to be dealt with. And I don’t want to protect people that participated in this just because they are leaders of other governments.

What kind of sickos lead the countries around the globe?

If this stuff sees daylight, we might figure that out.

People Of Principle Wanted

I want leaders with principle. And I think that’s not too much to ask. I don’t want my country to be involved with or cover up something as disgusting as this.

Maybe there’s nothing there other than one sick man. Maybe there’s not a big conspiracy. Maybe. The truth needs to be told.

People of principle need to decide that enough is enough and shed light on the story. This news story is still unfolding. Maybe I’ll get what I want.
